At Gallo’s, experience an exclusive talk about the farm and cheese making process. Then you will enjoy cheese tastings and a piece of their delightful hand made chocolate.
Tropical Fruit Wines:
de Brueys’ produce a range of wines, port style wines, liqueurs and creams using tropical fruits, as it’s too hot here to grow winemaking grapes. Savour their flavours, at the winery.
We have exclusive access to a private macadamia plantation. An informative farm tour talks about the history of the industry, how they are grown, harvested and processed. Once again tastings are provided.
Wet Tropics Rainforest:
The tour takes you to Wet Tropics World Heritage areas including the rainforest at Lake Barrine, the Twin Kauri pines and Curtain Fig Tree. Some of these ancient trees are over 1,000 years old.
